Revival Reports

I have just completed my first ever ministry trip, with Kevin and Kathy Basconi, of King of Glory Ministries, to Tanzania, East Africa. We had an awesome time and had the privilege of seeing the Kingdom of God advance mightily with our own eyes amongst the precious people of East Africa. Many individuals were snatched from the kingdom of darkness and became children of God.

During our time in Tanzania, we stayed at the cities of Mwanza and Bukoba where we did outreaches with some precious Pastors from Tanzania in hospitals, clinics, schools, and orphanages.

We went in teams into the hospital wards and preached the gospel to patients and their families, and saw whole wards give their hearts to Jesus Christ without any hesitation.

In the orphanages we preached the gospel and told the orphans how much Jesus loves them. We prayed for any orphans who were sick and saw Jesus heal many of them.

A girl under the age of ten was brought to me with an open wound on her ankle. The wound was fresh and full of blood. I bent down to pray for her, immediately, before I started to pray I saw the wound drying up before my eyes, first of all around the edges and then into the middle of the wound. I spoke healing into the wound in the Name of Jesus and commanded the skin to grow in Jesus Name. This all happened so quickly - quicker than it has taken me to write this paragraph!

Jesus had told me that he was going to surprise me by what he would do through me on this trip and this miracle was just so amazing to watch, I will never forget how Jesus instantly healed this wound before my eyes. He is so precious and I give him all the glory.

I will never forget the look on the face of a crippled boy under the age of ten, who began to take his first steps. Jonathan from London prayed for him at the altar during the crusade meeting. His face glowed and was full of joy. He was pointing up to heaven shouting Jesus over and over again, in full knowledge that it was Jesus Christ who was healing him.

There was a lady who the Holy Spirit prompted Robyn (from New Zealand) to pray for, the lady had no sense of smell. Robyn held her insect repellent under the ladies nose to check, and then prayed a simple prayed asking for the ladies sense of smell to be healed in Jesus name. Robyn again held the insect repellent under the ladies nose and she leaped backward. The Lord Jesus had completely healed her sense of smell. This lady had no sense of smell for 19 years, and was grateful to the Lord for her miraculous healing..

There was a man who was deaf, blind and mute and as LJ (also from New Zealand) prayed for him, taking authority in Jesus Name over the deaf spirit and the mans ears opened. Then taking authority in Jesus Name over the spirit of blindness and commanding it to let go of this mans eyes, they opened. Then as the tongue was commanded to be released, Jesus completely released this man.

A young boy had a really bad abscess on his gum that made his cheek swell. Realising that this boy had faith that Jesus would heal him, Robyn just prayed a simple prayer over the boy. He was completely healed. Robyn felt led by the Holy Spirit to tell the boy that it was his faith that had made him well.

There was a man who was possessed by devils (like the man named Legion in the Bible) had heard the gospel over the radio and received Jesus Christ as his saviour and touched the radio. He was instantly delivered and travelled for two day to give his testimony on the last night of the crusade!

The owners of the Walk Guard Hotel saw the miracles the first two nights and rented a bus to bring children from the deaf school to the crusade. The deaf school were sat at the front of the crowd and Jesus sovereignly touched one of the students. The joy and expression on his face was amazing as he heard for the first time. That Friday night 13 of the 26 deaf students were healed, and 15 out of 30 students were healed on Saturday night. The headmaster of the school refused to allow the students to attend the last night. Having seen the healings and miracles he was fearful he would loose his job. We sent a pastor to the Deaf School on Monday and he confirmed that indeed 28 of the 56 children who attended the crusade are healed and they are being taught how to speak, (most of these children were deaf from birth). We prayed for the pastor to return to the school and pray for the other children.

One man who had been bed ridden for over 2 weeks with malaria was instantaneously healed when he touched his radio and jumped up and began to worship God. As a pastor he returned to his church and preached the gospel the next day!

The King of Glory Ministries International partners, helped to pay to broadcast the last three nights of the crusade over Radio Free Africa reaching most of Tanzania, and parts of Burundi, Rwanda, Congo, Uganda, Sudan, Kenya, Malawi and Mozambique with the message of Salvation. The ministry office in Mwanza, and associates in Bukoba are still getting testimonies of miracles and healings that happened when listeners touched their radios. We were able to broadcast the entire crusade on the local cable TV network and many were touched and saved over TV.

According to the Word of God each of you will share, and indeed are laying up "treasures in Heaven". Each soul who confesses Jesus Christ as Lord, each precious child who is healed, each miracle that Jesus releases at these crusade outreaches are truly fruit that will be accounted to your heavenly account. Each orphan that we give a home and food, and miracle that occurs in the missions field are all fruit that will abound to your heavenly account.

This is also true for all of our Prayer Shield Team. For without you we could not venture into these areas and preach the Gospel unhindered. Surly this trip we felt the covering of your prayers each night. Indeed at times I could even "feel" some of your intercession.
