How to Book an Engagement with King Of Glory Ministries International

Talking about practical things, like financial matters can be hard & our heart is to serve the body of Christ and to reach the lost with the gospel.  Here are some guidelines to help you arrange for Kevin to come to your church or area:-

• Invite Kevin in writing with details of your engagement. Mail, phone or
   
• Kevin and his team will pray regarding your request and you can expect a prompt confirmation that we have your request.
   
• Kevin does not charge a fee to minister. He is happy to serve your ministry while trusting the Lord to meet his needs. Whenever it is possible, it is appreciated if a special offering could be received at the meeting, and sometimes this might go to the missions works in Africa rather than general ministry funds.
   
• If you are wanting to book a retreat or conference, some hosting groups like to charge a registration fee to cover the expense of the retreat or conference and then state on the brochure that a love gift will be received during the meetings.  We are comfortable with such arrangements.
   
• We do ask the hosting group to be responsible for transportation to and from their location, in addition to accommodation and meals.  If necessary, Kevin will be happy to stay in a home as long as there is quietness and privacy that lets him pray, prepare and rest.
   
• In most cases, Kevin will be traveling with his wife Kathy. Kevin prefers a hotel for him and his wife Kathy if she comes to help minister with him. King of Glory Ministries International will cover the cost of family expenses.
   
• In some situations he may be travelling with a ministry team with him. Of course, if Kevin wants to bring a team, he will make prior arrangements with the hosting group.  The ministry team's traveling expenses will be covered by King of Glory Ministries International, but the host group is asked to cover their accommodations and meals & billeting in homes is fine.
   
• We request permission to set up a tape table for the sale of ministry material.
   
• Our team will be praying fervently for your ministry, for the engagement itself, and for the follow up. We would appreciate it if a team of intercessors could meet prior to the meetings to pray, especially if it is a weekend, retreat or conference event.
   
• Kevin is happy to meet separately with your leadership team.
   
• In most cases, Kevin is also available at Sunday services, if the Pastor so desires.
