First of all, let me introduce myself.  My name is Ben G. and I purchased Kevin Basconi's book on Angels from Sid Roth Ministry.  I learned a bunch from it and added to our prayers to have the Lord dispatch his angels to watch over us during the day's activities.

While visiting the Dead Sea in Israel last year, my wife and I walked the short distance to a group of shops about a half mile up the road.  I had a mission.  While at the same place about two years before, I purchased a pair of nice sandals from one of the stores we visited once before on our last trip.  The sandals are wearing out and I wanted to replace them and had them in my backpack along with a set of walkie-talkies (which we always carry).

I had no luck in finding the exact pair of sandals even tho I showed them the worn out ones.  So we were sitting on a bench and pretty tired from all the sites we had been visiting for the last almost two weeks.  We rested a bit and headed towards the bus for our trip back to Jerusalem.  The bus was still locked  and our group was sitting around waiting for the driver to unlock it. 

 

It was right then that I realized that I did not have my backpack with me.  I told the group leader that I would hurry as fast as I could (I had 20 minutes yet) and jogged to the stores we visited and where we sat resting.  NOTHING.  So I jogged back thinking I didn't mind losing the sandals, but the walkie-talkies?  The bus was waiting for me.  Guess what?  My wife told me that when she got to our seats, the backpack was there on our seats!  The bus was locked just before the group got on.  I had the backpack with me at the shops, I remember removing it to rest it on a table and that's where I thought I left it.

I believe that the Lord's angel that was dispatched for us took care of our worries.
